Credentials

Handmade in England using Sophie's painted 'Geraniums' wallpaper, a tactile lampshade in stylish conical shape, finished with olive green cotton edging. Perfect for bringing a splash of botanical print to any corner.
"Our sun hat shape is inspired by the 'coolie lampshade' but we've reworked the term because it was rooted in a century-old derogatory term. What is cool is how the stylish conical shape became a design classic in the 1980s, and was first inspired a century ago by straw hats! Specifically the hats worn by hardworking farmers in Asia, picking rice in fields in the balmy heat. Hats off to them."
