Indulgent clotted cream fudge, made in Dorset using traditional methods, perfect for gifting or treating yourself. This luxury fudge is roasted over an open flame in traditional Victorian copper pans, using Wessex butter, Dorset clotted cream and British sugar for a very moreish mouthful.
Artisan-crafted in small batches in our traditional kitchens, each batch is made using large copper pans and wooden spoons for a traditional touch. It is ideal for cheese boards, gift hampers, or as a sweet treat for fudge lovers.
