Roasted over an open flame in traditional Victorian copper pans. Made using Wessex butter and Dorset clotted cream fudge and British sugar resulting in a very moreish mouthful indeed!
A deliciously indulgent fudge artisan crafted in small batches in our traditional field kitchens using traditional methods - large copper pans and wooden spoons.
Made in Dorset by experts in their craft.
