A fudge that brings the spirit of the Caribbean to your kitchen. Old Harry Buccaneer Fudge is a luxury flame cooked Caribbean dark rum and sultana fudge. This demerara fudge has sultanas soaked in dark rum, resulting in a deliciously moreish treat.
It is artisan crafted in small batches in traditional field kitchens using traditional methods, with large copper pans and wooden spoons. It is open flame cooked with British sugar, Wessex butter and Dorset clotted cream.
