Handmade by artisan chocolatiers inspired by the people, flavours, and folk stories of Dorset.

HISTORY - Open fires beneath victorian copper pans. The blending and sorting of cocoa beans that have sailed upon the seas. Keeping a craft alive is a living history.

CRAFT - We stir the caramel in a rhythmic figure of eight in polished copper vats, toil becomes meditation. We develop the apprentice’s eye to see the change in the flow of the chocolate, we are sharing the care of those that taught us.

INSPIRATION - Embedded in the landscape of Dorset. Artists, producers, the storytellers, the trees, the wildlife , the salt air, the memories we walk upon.
