Baked with very delicious real butter and golden syrup this this deep ginger cake is full of rich flavour and wonderful textures. After baking the finely diced ginger pieces and sultanas sink to the bottom to create a wonderfully gooey base that just gets better over time. Topped with a delicious orange flavoured buttercream and a sprinkle of poppy seeds.
