Baked with very delicious real butter and golden syrup this this deep ginger cake is full of rich flavour and wonderful textures. After baking the finely diced ginger pieces and sultanas sink to the bottom to create a wonderfully gooey base that just gets better over time. Topped with a delicious orange flavoured buttercream and a sprinkle of poppy seeds.

SELF-RAISING FLOUR, ground ginger, cinnamon, bicarbonate of soda, salt, golden syrup (partially inverted refiners syrup; lyles golden syrup; sugarcane syrup), stem ginger in syrup (ginger, sugar, water), BUTTER, sultanas (sultanas, high oleic sunflower oil) light brown sugar, EGGS, MILK, icing sugar, orange flavouring (ethanol, natural oil of orange, water), POPPY SEEDS.

Due to the nature of the ingredients used at Harry’s all products may contain traces of milk, gluten, eggs, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soya, & sulphur dioxide.
