Traditional Welsh Cakes are a soft, sweet Welsh treat often compared to a scone or pancake and enjoyed with tea or coffee. They are made with a delicious mix of currants, raisins and MamGu's signature blend of spices.

All our Welsh Cakes are hand made the traditional way with locally sourced ingredients and real Welsh butter.

Award winner in the Great Taste Awards 2026: "There is a lovely spiciness... They are really well judged, very tender and buttery. The fruit is soft and plump. Comforting and well balanced... The texture is crumbly and they melt in the mouth."
