Ingredients:

Dairy free white chocolate (Sugar, cocoa butter [32%], rice flour, flavouring (vanilla), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin). UHT stabilised cream (cream (MILK), carrageenan); butter (from MILK), Sugars: dextrose, glucose powder, invert sugar syrup; Plant-based b*tter: plant oils (sunflower, rapeseed), coconut oil, water, faba bean preparation, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), natural flavourings. Plant-based cre*m: Lentil protein preparation (water, lentil flour), coconut fat, rapeseed oil, sugar, modified corn starch, emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, sugar esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilizers (guar gum, locust bean gum), natural flavours, salt, colour (beta-carotene); banana puree (banana pulp, inverted sugar, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), fresh ginger, dried ginger powder, orange and lime juice and zest, purees (raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant, apple, mango: puree (87%), sugar (13%), pistachio(PISTACHIO paste, PISTACHIO oil); peanut butter (PEANUT paste) honey, coffee, mint leaves, raspberry powder, green cardamom powder, rose oil, stabiliser(in dark truffle):sorbitol, sea salt, cinnamon, natural food colours (curcumin, anthocyanins, beetroot, safflower, iron oxide sweet potato, radish, cherry, apple, calcium carbonate) E171.
As our chocolates are made with fresh ingredients the maximum shelf life is 3 months from when they are made.
Regarding storage we recommend keeping our chocolates in a cool, dry place away from heat sources but not in the fridge.
