Sculptural petals in classic blue-purple with golden beards - the iris of cottage garden borders and carefully tended plots. Sculptural, elegant, unmistakably iris. This original linocut design captures their dramatic form in traditional blues and golds. These botanical notecards are perfect for heartfelt correspondence, thank you notes, or elegant invitations. Each design begins as a hand-carved linocut print from my Norfolk studio - traditional relief printmaking meeting contemporary colour, created with real carving tools, real linoleum, and real patience.
Each card is printed in-house in small batches on premium eco-friendly recycled cardstock, celebrating the humble wildflowers and garden blooms of the English countryside. Perfect for those who appreciate fine craft, English gardens, and the art of thoughtful, handwritten correspondence.
