With a pleasingly nutty taste and a brown sugar finish this vanilla will make you rethink the ordinary.

The quality of our ingredients means a lot to us: we only use fruit and organic herbs in our marshmallows – you won't find any colourings or flavourings here! We only ever use British fair-trade sugar and our marshmallows are egg white, dairy & gluten free and are suitable for pescatarians. All our marshmallows are whipped up, hand poured and cut in our own bakery.

Ingredients: sugar, water, glucose syrup, invert sugar, 100% organic dark cocoa (14%), fish gelatine, glycerine, salt, organic cinnamon, cornflour, icing sugar.

Shelf life: all our mallows will have a minimum of 2 months shelf life upon delivery
