Our signature vanilla bean mallows have been developed over 12 years to become our most beloved recipe. Simplicity in its most delicious form, once you taste their natural sweetness, mellow vanilla notes and sink your teeth into their fluffy softness, you’ll never look at marshmallows the same way. Try them toasted on top of hot chocolate or smooshed between two chocolate biscuits as a s’more.

Need to know

Ingredients:
Signature Vanilla bean mallow mix: Granulated sugar, golden syrup, bovine gelatine, Madagasgan vanilla bean paste (invert sugar syrup, vanilla extract, water, sugar, spent vanilla seeds, thickener (tragacanth)), icing sugar, cornflour, salt, rapeseed oil. Allergens in caps.

The shelf life of our freshly whipped marshmallows and Wonder Fluff is 8 weeks from their production date. Because the products you purchase are not bespoke made to order, their shelf life can vary depending on their batch date. Each individual pack will be clearly date marked.

TOP TIP: You can always pop your Mallows and Wonder Fluff in the freezer where they'll last up to 12 months and only take moments to thaw, ready to enjoy straight away.

Naturally free from Gluten, though they are made in a kitchen which also handles gluten.

Pack weight approx 100g due to their hand made nature, weight may vary slightly per unit.
