Hello Mr Magpie, how's Mrs Magpie? (Or at least that's what my Mum always says to bring good luck!) The Magpie letterpress card has been made using a beautiful illustration in A History of Birds (1821) found tucked away in the shelves of the University of Glasgow Library. Each card from the Keyhole Collection has a bit of hidden history and a link on the back unlocks more detailed information about the image, where it is held and a chance to view the original online.
Need to know
Blank inside. Letterpress card printed in small batches on an antique press using ecologically sound paper, milled in the UK. A6 350gsm card (10.5 x 14.8cm) with brown kraft envelope and recyclable cello.
