Mindful Mocha brings together two of my favourite things - good chocolate and good coffee. I make this blend in smaller batches than my other flavours and it changes a little throughout the year depending on the seasonal coffee I use.
By gently infusing some delicious Jamaican 76% cocoa dark chocolate in grounds of sustainably-sourced single origin coffee, I’ve created a drink that is still chocolate forward but with aromas and flavours of coffee blended in. The mocha was developed in collaboration with the amazing Kontext Coffee Company, a lovely little roastery based just outside Monmouth in south Wales.
The Spicy Dark Ecuador blend contains lovingly flaked single origin dark chocolate with a dash of organic cacao powder, a splash of organic coconut sugar and a pinch of fruity chilli powder. It’s designed to melt easily and give you a full (yet gentle!) chocolatey hit. It also comes with a special Mindful Hot Chocolate Meditation card for you to sip your hot chocolate as a self-guided meditation.

Ingredients: Jamaica 76% cocoa dark chocolate (cocoa beans, cane sugar & organic cocoa butter) infused in single origin coffee, organic coconut sugar, organic cacao powder, a pinch of sea salt.

Storage & Shelf Life: Calm Cocoa is best stored, sealed in a cool dark cupboard and has a shelf life of 9-12 months.
