Lind & Lime Gin is a classic London Dry Gin, produced and bottled in Leith, Edinburgh. With juniper at its core, Lind & Lime uses fresh lime peel and a hint of pink peppercorns to create a classic benchmark expression that is balanced, dry and intensely refreshing.

Lind & Lime Gin
Edinburgh
We create our classic robust London dry gin using just seven botanicals. Juniper, fresh lime peel and aromatic pink peppercorns are our three key flavours. We peel our limes and get the citrus oils from the skin. It took many iterations and almost a year of slow, careful development - a painstaking balancing act to find the perfect harmony between flavours.
We use 100% organic ingredients, and distill with clean electricity. Our gin is bottled in-house and hand-labelled with our plastic free-tamper seals that secures our natural cork in our entirely plastic free pack.
