Lind & Lime has collaborated with the fifth best cocktail bar in the UK to create a limited edition negroni bottling for Negroni Month.
The ready-to-pour cocktail combines Lind & Lime gin, strawberry vermouth and bianco bitter; producing a drink that’s sweet, bitter but, taking the same ethos as Lind & Lime, perfectly balanced. Best served over ice and garnished with a fresh strawberry slice, the 70cl Lind & Lime x Hey Palu White Strawberry Negroni is presented in the iconic Lind & Lime glass bottle.
Add optional gift wrapping with our organic cotton Furoshiki wrap. More than just a piece of cloth, your Furoshiki can be reused, repurposed and regifted! Available in 2 patterns - multi or teal.

Lind & Lime Gin
Edinburgh
We create our classic robust London dry gin using just seven botanicals. Juniper, fresh lime peel and aromatic pink peppercorns are our three key flavours. We peel our limes and get the citrus oils from the skin. It took many iterations and almost a year of slow, careful development - a painstaking balancing act to find the perfect harmony between flavours.
We use 100% organic ingredients, and distill with clean electricity. Our gin is bottled in-house and hand-labelled with our plastic free-tamper seals that secures our natural cork in our entirely plastic free pack.
