An elegant mix of our Torino with the single-estate DOCG award-winning Italian Prosecco, Pale Fox is the perfect combination to satisfy those spritz needs this summer.
Our unique blend of Vodka, Juniper Water with sweet and bitter notes from Rosemary Syrup and Campari makes the Torino the perfect base for a spritz, fans of the Americano and Negroni Sbagliato will enjoy the sweet and bitter notes alongside the refreshingly bubbly Prosecco. Honouring the Italian heritage of the aperitivo it could only be paired with a Prosecco. Our choice of Prosecco is the award-winning Pale Fox produced in the exclusive superiore DOCG region of Asolo-Montello where sumptuously pale grapes produce exceptionally delicate sparkling wines. Made using 100% renewable energy sources and 100% plant-based, this prosecco is filtered using a natural clay. With a creamy sparkle, created during the extra-long 90-day secondary fermentation process, it’s undergone three times the usual 30 days for prosecco and twice the usual 45 days for Champagne.

Spritz Kit contains:
1x 50cl bottle of Torino
1x 75cl bottle of Pale Fox
Torino Sbagliato: Pour 100ml of Torino into an ice-filled rocks glass, top with 50ml of Pale Fox Asolo Prosecco and garnish with a fresh wedge of Grapefruit.
Torino Spritz: Pour 50ml of Torino into an ice-filled collins or highball glass, top with 100ml of Pale Fox Asolo Prosecco and garnish with a sprig of Rosemary.
