Every year just in time for Mother’s Day we distill our Mother’s Ruin Gin. It filled with citrusy grapefruit, lemon & pomelo peels, spicy grains of paradise peppercorns and then a softer note of locally gathered rosemary flower and wild gorse flower is added. In total there are 15 botanicals that go into the pot.
Try garnishing with a sprig of rosemary and a twist of grapefruit peel.
