A lovely golden juice using Dabinett 2021 windfalls, Petillant naturel. The small bubbles carry some essence of boiled apple candy. Then a refreshing green apple and citrus fruit clean acidity. Made for eating with crumbly cheese and pork.

Ingredients:
- 99.98% apple juice
- 0.02% absorbic acid (vitamin c)

Storage instructions: store ambient until opened, then keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.

Best before: minimum 6 months.
