A blend of 2021 apples and 2022. All fermented singularly. Blended and dosage with Jonagold apple juice. A medium/dry clean acidity cider. Refreshing green apple notes with a finish of burnt sugars. Washed with an effervescent clean fizz.

Ingredients:
- 99.98% apple juice
- 0.02% absorbic acid (vitamin c)

Storage instructions: store ambient until opened, then keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.

Best before: minimum 6 months.
