This mildly spiced, naturally fermented, sauerkraut is aromatic, sweet and tangy. Seasoned with corainder, turmeric, fenugreek, cumin and fennel, it’s bursting with flavour and gut friendly goodness.
Our ferments are made with raw ingredients and are lacto-fermented, a process that creates flavour and healthy bacteria that could be good for your gut. The benefits of good gut health are thought to be huge…. improved digestion, strengthened immunity and illness prevention… and that’s just the tip of the gut health iceberg!
