Shiitake, enoki, and oyster mushrooms pickled in a punchy tamari-vinegar liquor with ginger, garlic, and just a hint of chilli. Umami-rich and seriously addictive—and they're officially award-winning, too! These mushrooms are proud recipients of a Great Taste Award, and one taste will tell you why.
Perfect for: Rice bowls, ramen, noodles, salads, and grain bowls. Use the pickle liquor as a marinade, dipping sauce, or stir-fry base. Waste nothing, flavour everything.
