A limited-edition giclée print of my original Observer book collection illustration, a nostalgic tribute to a beloved series of educational books for children.
Observer books were a series of small, pocket-sized books published by Frederick Warne & Co from 1937 to 2003, covering topics such as hobbies, art, history and wildlife. Intended for children, the aim was to interest the observer.
Printed in my studio on 312gsm fine art acid-free paper, which has a velvety, textured surface. The pigment-based inks deliver outstanding colour and ensure a print life of more than 85 years. Ideal for book lovers, collectors, and those who remember the charm of Observer books. The horizontal format is perfect for a feature wall or hallway display.
