Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of air plants we will only be able to exchange or refund if the plant arrives damaged. Please notify us immediately if the plant has been damaged in transit, including images. The air plants can have natural browning on them. Each jellyfish comes with instructions on general care, stringing and gifting advice. The plant can be kept in the gift box for a maximum of TWO WEEKS from dispatch.

We match the ceramic jellyfish shell to the air plant. Please note yours may vary in size and appearance as they are each made by hand. The air plants vary in their stages of growth and colour, so yours may differ noticeably in size to the ones shown in the images. Therefore, all dimensions below are approximate.

Ionantha: W2.5-4.5cm x H4-8cm

Caput: W2-3cm x H10-15cm
