Need to Know
Made to order with love and care. Every mug is individually handcrafted and hand-drawn in our UK studio.
A few things to know:
After you have placed your order, please use the Customer Contact Form on the Contact Us page and select ‘I need to send images to the Co for a personalised product’ option. You’ll then be able to attach your image. You’ll also be reminded on how to send these within your Order Confirmation email too. If you could please send these within 24hours of purchase so your delivery time isn’t impacted.
Please send child's artwork in, and we will do the rest, scaling it to fit the mug beautifully. Think stickmen, simple innocent drawings. Highly detailed drawings will not work with the technique we use. The decoration is rendered as a bold hand-drawn outline. To help us do justice to your child's drawing justice, please send a clear, in-focus photo taken in good natural light. The quality of our hand-drawn result reflects the quality of the image you provide.
Select whether you'd like a name on the back of your mug. If yes, enter the name in the 'Name for Back of Mug' field - names must be 10 characters or fewer.
Due to the personalised nature of this product, it is not refundable.
Microwave and dishwasher safe; hand washing recommended to keep your keepsake at its very best.
