Made to order with love and care. Every mug is individually handcrafted and hand-drawn in our UK studio.
A few things to know:
After you have placed your order, please use the Customer Contact Form on the Contact Us page and select ‘I need to send images to the Co for a personalised product’ option. You’ll then be able to attach your images. You’ll also be reminded on how to send these within your Order Confirmation email too. If you could please send these within 24 hours of purchase so your delivery time isn’t impacted.
The handwriting decoration is rendered as a bold outline, think beautifully simple, graphic lettering. We work from the photo you send us and scale your child's writing to fit the mug perfectly. To help us do justice to your child's handwriting justice, please send a clear, in-focus photo taken in good natural light. The quality of our hand-drawn result reflects the quality of the image you provide. Your personalised name can be no more than 10 characters.
Due to the personalised nature of this product, it is not refundable.
