After you have placed your order, please use the Customer Contact Form on the Contact Us page and select ‘I need to send images to the Co for a personalised product’ option. You’ll then be able to attach your images and share any additional info for personalisation (e.g. background colours, any additional details etc.). You’ll also be reminded on how to send these within your Order Confirmation email too. If you could please send these within 24hours of purchase so your delivery time isn’t impacted.
Due to the personalised nature of this product, it is non-refundable.

I will draw a family portrait based on the pictures and description you send through after placing the order - please see instructions in 'Need to Know'.
I can include your hobby, favourite clothes, colours, couch – anything that will make your drawing special.
