Need to Know
- Personalise with engraving on one or both sides: Side 1 is required, Side 2 is optional. All engravings are in full capitals, as in the examples.
- Optional engraved gift message on the underside of the board (up to 40 characters, upper or lower case).
- Made from solid oak, hand carved in our Kent workshop.
- Dimensions: 50cm x 35cm x 3.5cm.
- Each board comes with a small bottle of butcher block oil, enough for 5-6 treatments.
- We recommend treating your boards regularly with butcher block oil. More oil can be purchased either on our website or at your local DIY store.
- Due to the personalised nature of this product, it is non-returnable/refundable.
- Gift wrap (optional): our preferred gift wrap is hessian, a sustainably sourced natural product that complements our oak items. It retains its appearance during transport and is ideal for heavy items that would rip traditional wrapping.
- Hessian is reusable for wrapping, plant protection or crafts, and is biodegradable in home compost.
- We use wide grosgrain ribbons for a deluxe look, with teal as our staple and deep red for Christmas. Preferences can be selected below.

A solid oak carving board with studs, hand carved with the wording of your choice (up to 22 characters on each side). It becomes a centrepiece of your family lunches and an instant heirloom.
The board is designed with grooves and a well in the corner to collect excess meat juices, and a little 'spout' makes it easy to pour the juices into your gravy. The studs are simply screwed into place on top of the board when needed. When they are not in use, they are stored safely underneath the board.
These are often given as a wedding gift or a home maker present. With a house or family name engraved, they are a present the whole family will enjoy. For many years this has been our best selling son, son-in-law or husband present all over the world.
