  • Personalise the spine with text in capitals.
  • Top text (e.g., HOLLY'S NOTES) is required, up to 50 characters.
  • Bottom text (e.g., 2025) is optional, up to 10 characters.
  • Choose your cover colour: Black + Blush, Green + Blush, or Navy + Blush.
  • Choose your page layout: Daily Planner or Lined.
  • A5 portrait dimensions: 145mm x 210mm (approx. 6" x 8").
  • 256 lined pages with a date line at the top.
  • 100gsm off-white paper.
  • Linen-embossed paper hardcover.
  • Section sewn and case bound.
  • Made to order in our studio in Cheshire, England.
