Hannah Carvell Screen Prints
somerset
Hannah Carvell is a Screen Printer, printing from her home studio in Somerset. Always bright colours that inject happiness into the art that she makes, whether that be with overlapping shades and shapes in abstract pieces or printing strange made up creatures, colourful hearts and flowers or pink gorillas. Hannah will always come back to a Dachshund in her sketches and they feature heavily in her prints. "I can’t resist them, my earliest memory is being in a pram with a litter of sausages, I have grown up with them, I had my own when I left home for Art college and currently Minnie Moomin is my printing assistant with a bed under my desk." I hope my art will always add a pop of colour to brighten up the walls of your home and spark joy when you walk into a room.
