Poinsettias grow outside in Barbados, where I spent a few childhood Christmases. Right out of the ground, tall, bushy and bold, not a pot in sight. This one’s painted with that memory in mind: more sunshine and open doors than snow and open fires.
Soft and absorbent, it’s generously sized for drying everything from wine glasses to the Christmas roasting tin, with a handy hanging loop for keeping it within reach. Something useful and beautiful for your own kitchen, or a Christmas present that will actually get used.
