Loved and known in Spain as Membrillo, We have taken local Kentish Quince from Roughway Farm to make our small batched quince paste spiked with the sweet, caramel, toffee, dried fruit flavours of the famous Pedro Ximenez Sherry. For our ultimate cheese board addition. Served with Manchego in Spain it works amazingly with most hard cheeses, soft and creamy blue cheese and so good with Pate, terrine's, pork pies and cured meats.
