A Giclee print of my original Red Observer book collection illustration. Observer books were a series of small, pocket-sized books, published by Frederick Warne & Co in the from 1937 to 2003. They covered topics such as hobbies, art, history and wildlife. Intended for children, the aim of these books was to interest the observer.
Printed in my studio on Platinum Etching 285gsm fine art acid-free paper which has a velvety, textured surface. The pigment-based inks deliver outstanding colour and ensure a print life of more than 85 years.
From an edition of 50 prints.
Each print is signed and numbered on the front.
