These lovely cosy mittens are the perfect gift for someone you love this winter. They have two cheeky little smiley faces embroidered onto the thumbs.
These cosy mittens make a lovely 'Mummy and Me' set (together with the size for adults in my collection) so that little ones can be reminded how much they are loved when they start school and are away from parents for, perhaps, the first time.
Crocheted with an added extra of thread to string through the sleeves of a jacket, bringing back nostalgic memories from childhood.
Each pair is handmade with love and care using soft, durable acrylic yarn that is vegan-friendly.
What makes them even more special is that they were handmade in Auroville, a sustainable township where profits contribute towards sustainable development. With each purchase, you can feel good knowing that you're supporting a wonderful cause.
Two sizes available:-
Small Child's (suggested size for 6months-18months) - 14cm full length including cuff, 6.5cm across the fingers, 3cm long thumb.
Medium Child's (suggested for 4 - 8 yrs) - 18cm full length including cuff, 7.5cm across the fingers, 4cm long thumb.

I love crochet, that's it, that's everything! Creating something using just yarn and a hook feels incredible. I work together with a fair trade township Auroville to produce my timeless collection.
EKA started as a hobby in 2003 when I was snowboarding, skip forward, a lot of time, and here we are!
I live in the countryside with my lovely little family and Penny the dog.
EKA has grown into my full time job and after all this time I still absolutely love what I'm doing.
