'The Fox and the Owl' Textile Wall Art

Dimensions: approx. 45 × 76cm (17 × 30 in).
Colours: blue, charcoal, rust, bone, pale grey.
Materials: cotton fabric, cotton wadding, organic cotton thread.
Display: A sleeve is stitched to the back for hanging, with a wooden dowel included.

The Fox and the Owl' draws on the tradition of folk storytelling, using fabric and stitch to bring the characters to life. Combining hand-stitched appliqué with machine piecing, it is handcrafted in my home studio in the Somerset countryside.
