A coastal gin with a bold, balanced taste, this is Whitby Gin, distilled with sugar kelp, heather, and Yorkshire honey. After months of perfecting the recipe, we created an award-winning London Dry Gin that marries tradition with a taste of the North Yorkshire coast. Awarded Best British London Dry Gin at the World Gin Awards 2019.

Perfect on the rocks or in a classic gin and tonic. Fill a glass with ice, add 50ml of Whitby Gin, pair with 150ml of Mediterranean Fever-Tree tonic and garnish with pink grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.

The palate is clean, fresh, and well-rounded, blending 12 traditional botanicals with sugar kelp (originally foraged from Robin Hood’s Bay, now sourced from Seagrown in Scarborough), heather from the North York Moors, and Yorkshire honey. The nose is herbal and floral, with soft hints of sweetness and coastal freshness.
