Crafted on the wild North Yorkshire coast, our Whitby Spiced Rum is distilled with sea-buckthorn and pepper dulse, then rested in Madeira casks for a smooth, warming finish. With mellow notes of charred orange, cinnamon, and a hint of caramel, this is a UK craft rum that’s equal parts coastal soul and quiet fire. Aged by the sea, made to savour.

Enjoyable on the rocks as well as a rum and ginger. Fill a glass with lots of chunky ice and add 50ml of Whitby Rum. Pair with 150ml of ginger beer garnish with a slice of lime.

Appearance: Rich gold

Palate: This lightly spiced rum has candied plum overtones followed by caramel whispers. The powerful coastal flavours fade into a pleasantly spiced finish.

Nose: An initial aroma of scorched orange followed by elegant spiced overtones.
