A rich, juniper-forward gin inspired by Dracula’s stormy arrival in Whitby. The Demeter Edition is a gothic twist on Whitby Gin, layered with plum, warming vanilla, and a subtle bite of pink peppercorn. Coastal botanicals honour the ship’s perilous voyage, while plum nods to a bat’s favourite fruit. A plum gin for dark nights, sea tales, and curious palates.

Enjoy it on the rocks or as a gin and tonic. Fill a glass with lots of chunky ice and add 50ml of Whitby Gin - Demeter Edition. Pair with 150ml of Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic and garnish with a slice of orange and black peppercorns.

Palate: A well-balanced herbal gin with bright citrus top notes and rich layers of plum and vanilla. Bold coastal botanicals lead the way, gently fading into a warm, pink peppercorn spice and a subtly sweet finish.
