The sweetest classic occasion dress in cotton swiss dot cotton with 3/4 length sleeves, a cotton lace collar and cuffs. Fabric covered buttons at the back. Lined with tier net petticoat inside to add volume and puff to skirt. Choose between either a pink or a blue sash.
