A spirited twist on our award-winning original, Wild Old Tom is a Victorian-style gin with a wild heart. Infused with native gorse and gooseberry, foraged from coastal headlands and windswept moors, it’s the boldest member of the Whitby Gin family. Finished with a touch of Yorkshire honey for just the right hint of sweetness — a gin made for the adventurous.

Enjoyable on the rocks as well as a gin and tonic. Fill a glass with lots of chunky ice and add 50ml of Whitby Gin - Wild Old Tom. Pair with 150ml of Lemon Fever-Tree tonic & garnish with a slice of lemon & fresh mint.

Palate: Aromatic vanilla and soft nutty notes from gorse blend beautifully with bright, balmy gooseberry. A gentle touch of honey lifts the sweetness, rounding out the rich botanical profile with a smooth, mellow finish.

Appearance: A warm, golden glow that catches the light just right.

Nose: Delicate vanilla on the nose, balanced with subtle hints of soft fruitiness and floral warmth.
