Wooden Counting Lovebugs

A set of ten wooden counting ladybirds engraved with little hearts from one to ten. Limited edition for Valentine's, each ladybird has a walnut head and their bodies are coloured with a beech oil-wax finish.

The hearts are deeply engraved making our ladybirds wonderfully tactile. They're perfect for counting, creating number lines, matching colours or small world play.

Each ladybird measures approximately 5cm long by 3.7cm in width and are made from birch wood. They have a flat bottom and a curved body and come in a muslin drawstring bag for safekeeping.

Each ladybug has their own unique character and are finished by hand. Due to the nature of wood, the grain, size, shape and engraving colour may vary on each bug - some may appear darker and some may appear lighter.
