The ring fitting is suitable for a E27 or UK lampholder and we recommend a low wattage LED bulb.

Wool is naturally fire retardant and our cord has a treatment to deter moths. We recommend occasional vacuuming of the lampshade to prevent dust build up, lampshades can be hand washed or dry cleaned.

Our hand-made lighting is created using Merino, Pure New wool and British rare sheep breeds. We knit cord and wrap onto custom made copper coated steel with a white enamel coated wire frame.
