Founded by Sarah Payne in 2005, the brand began with Sarah baking organic chocolate brownies in her home kitchen in Partridge Green and selling them on eBay and at local farmers' markets.

The business grew so rapidly that her husband, Rory, built a small kitchen in their garden to keep up with the demand. This passion for the craft eventually led the team to their dedicated Chocolate Kitchen, where every organic delight is still mixed and poured by hand.
