We've been friends for over 10 years, we both worked as fashion buyers and merchandisers for high-street brands. Working in this industry opened our eyes to the impact fast fashion has on the environment and this sparked the desire to create a sustainable brand for the future. The idea for MadeKind came about as we were both concerned about chemicals in everyday household products which were affecting our families health. We were also increasingly uncomfortable with the amount of single-use plastic packaging that is used, some of which still ends up in the ocean. We launched MadeKind in November 2020, initially with four natural cleaners; Multi-Surface Cleaner, Dish Wash, Bathroom Cleaner and Floor. We quickly expanded the range to include natural hand and body wash, shampoo and conditioner, plus more. We are proud to have five-star reviews for our products, with customers loving the effectiveness of our products, as well as the health benefits they provide. We're based in Twickenham and every bottle is lovingly filled and packed by us. You can often find myself and Anita delivering to our local customers which we love as it gives us a chance to meet our customers.
