Meet Oddy Knocky Coffee
Our Story
Oddy Knocky Coffee started with a simple idea: make great coffee without the nonsense.
Founded by Daysha and Matt Whitehead in Bolton, UK, Oddy Knocky grew from their shared love of coffee and a desire to do things differently — serious about quality, but never too serious about themselves.
The name Oddy Knocky — a nod to A Clockwork Orange slang for “to go on one’s own” — captures that independent spirit perfectly.
Alongside them, Dimi, our Head Roaster, brings skill, care, and precision to every batch, turning great beans into consistently brilliant coffee. Immi and Macy complete the team, adding creativity, warmth, and fresh ideas. Together, we’re focused on one thing: making genuinely great coffee, done the right way.
