After 18 years as a chef, I realised my true passion lies in the classics, yet every dish I created naturally gravitated towards pickles and spice.
Russell Up Pickle Co. has been years in the making - a journey sparked by travel and a love for the bold, vibrant flavours of Sri Lankan and Southeast Asian cuisine.
In 2023 just before Christmas, gave it go and now we’re here to share that passion with you - one jar at a time.
