Spiracle Audiobooks was founded in 2022 with a simple ambition: to create a better home for audiobook lovers, bringing together wonderful writing, distinctive voices and independent publishing.

We believe that listening to a book should be every bit as special as reading one. But while physical books have always made wonderful presents, giving someone an audiobook hasn't been quite so straightforward.

That's where Audiobook in a Card™ came in.

We wanted to make audiobooks something you could actually wrap up, write a message in and give to someone you love. The result is a beautifully illustrated card containing a complete audiobook, combining the pleasure of giving a physical gift with the magic of listening to a story.

Today, our collection brings together much-loved classics, contemporary fiction, poetry and new writing, alongside 'choose your own audiobook cards that let recipients choose their own audiobook.
