In late 2024, we decided we wanted more from life than screens and commutes. So we saved every penny, quit our stable corporate jobs, and waved goodbye to London. With two backpacks and no real plan, we set off on a year-long adventure that took us across South & Central America, Oceania, and Asia.

12 countries down, with 5 left to go - everything changed. From smoky street food in Peru to fragrant curries in Sri Lanka, we discovered new ways to cook, eat, and live. We fell in love with flavours we couldn't find back home, and that's where The Chilli Trail began.

So, we started experimenting. Small batches, endless tweaks. Every hostel kitchen became our test lab, adjusting the heat and flavours - sharing with any locals or travellers willing to try. At the same time, we started our branding and only a month later, had signed off our first design.
