Market Stall – a series of original hand-pulled silkscreen prints of fruit and veg. Each piece contains elements of mono printing, making every print subtly varied and unique.
These prints celebrate the wonderful shapes, textures and colours of the fruit and veg that I love to draw and print, as much as I love to cook and eat. The print series has been produced as a spectrum of colours, from soft green hues through vibrant oranges and reds, to rich purples. Equally enjoyable singularly, as they are in groups.

Sold unframed wrapped in acid free tissue and shipped in a sturdy cardboard roll.
Screen printing is a manual process in which layers of ink are applied to the paper through a stencil on a stretched mesh, one colour and stencil at a time, to create a whole picture. The number of layers - or ‘pulls’ - depends on the complexity of the print. Due to the nature of hand screen printing, some marks or slight imperfections may occur during the printing process from time to time. I like to think of these as happy accidents and they add to the charm and unique quality of my prints.
