- The laser-cut shields are made from MDF, stained to resemble antique trophy shields.

A miniature wearable fox head trophy. Perfect for those who love the antique taxidermy aesthetic, but without the negative consequences!
These miniature heads are needle-felted by hand using wool from the UK and finished with hand-painted details for a lifelike finish.
They are happy snarling away on the garment of your choice, or are equally content being wall-hung as part of your interior décor. They make a great gift for taxidermy collectors, fox-fans, nature-lovers, natural history geeks and anyone who likes to be surrounded by the quirky or the curious.
No miniature animals have been harmed in the making of these pieces! Each one has been individually sculpted from wool, using the process of needle-felting. They are finished with hand-painted glass eyes, and hand-painted resin teeth and noses. Each one is mounted on a laser-cut wooden shield, stained to resemble antique trophy shields, and signed on the reverse.
