Form on the Contact Us page and select ‘I need to send images to the Co for a
personalised product’ option to attach your images. - Work cannot begin until
the images have been received. - You’ll also be reminded on how to send these
within your Order Confirmation email. - Please send these within 24 hours of
purchase so your delivery time isn’t impacted. - If there is a delay in the
images being sent, the lead time will not begin until they have been received.
- Dimensions: Approximately 10.5cm high x 8.5cm wide x 5.5cm deep, depending on
the face-shape of your pet.

Please send photos from every angle showing all markings
where possible and describe which photo best depicts the desired expression. -

Each sculpture is needle-felted by the artist Laura Cronin,
using a variety of wools sourced within the UK.

Finished with hand-painted glass eyes and a polymer clay or
felted nose, mounted on a wooden shield. - Portraits will be made with a closed
mouth. If your pet usually has their mouth open or teeth showing and this is
essential in capturing their likeness, please select the "Open Mouth"
optional extra. - Optional teeth will be handmade from polymer clay and
hand-painted with high quality acrylic paint. Optional tongues will be made
from wool and wax. - Please contact customer service if you have any questions.

The shield can be wall-hung using the attached d-ring.

reflect the fact that it is an original work of art.

A custom needle-felted wool sculpture portrait of your pet, created to celebrate or memorialise a valued family member.

Artist Laura Cronin, aka Bumble & Earwig, has been creating felted pet portraits for over 20 years. They have induced both laughter and tears and are a perfect way to acknowledge the strength of the bonds we have with our pets.
Using the photos you provide, she will sculpt your pet using the process of needle-felting, blending a variety of UK-sourced wools to mimic your pets unique markings. They will be signed on the reverse to show that this is a unique work of art.

Each sculpture is finished with hand-painted glass eyes and a polymer clay or felted nose (whichever is most appropriate) then mounted on a wooden backing shield. Laura is committed to capturing your pet's markings and personality. You will be sent photos of the finished piece for approval before dispatch, with the chance to make alterations.

Please allow plenty of time if needed for a special occasion. If required urgently, contact the Holly & Co customer service team to confirm if a faster turnaround is possible.
