Grown on beautiful coastal soils, rich in sand and marine fossils that impart a moreish salinity, these grapes are hand–harvested and fermented with native yeasts before being aged; partly in stainless–steel tanks to retain their coastal vivacity, and partly in large old barrels to develop texture. It is biodynamic farmed and considered natural (minimal sulphites)
This 2.25 litre bag-in box wine is equivalent to 3 bottles, stays fresh six weeks from opening, is fully recyclable, and reduces carbon emissions by up to 90%.
